At PartsNet, we want to ensure your home improvement projects are a success by offering a 30-day return window for all unused and resalable items. If a component doesn't fit your needs, our streamlined process makes returning or exchanging your hardware simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PartsNet account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and small hardware components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account dashboard and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
